UPDATE: 2020 WPPA Conference and Photographic Competition has been Cancelled

Due to the circumstances of the current state of the  CoronaVirus/Covid-19   Pandemic, the WPPA board has decided to cancel the upcoming 2020 WPPA Conference and Print Competition and Annual Meeting that was to be held on March 20-22, 2020.

Concerns over transportation complications, safety of our presenters and of course, the health of our members and attendees, has forced us to take the safest route.

Hotel rooms booked for the judges and speakers have been cancelled with no penalty.

I recommend you to call today and cancel any hotel reservations that you have made.

We are working on a way to host the Print Competition in an online format in the near future so that everyone who entered may receive feedback in advance of District and International print competitions, we will do our best to make this happen.

We will have more information in the next few weeks with dates of future events.

Anyone who is currently registered for the convention will have a credit towards an upcoming event.  Should that not work out for your schedule, the WPPA will refund the registration cost of $99.00. Please contact Jamie Steeno if you are not able to attend any of our events.I personally want to thank Tad Meddaugh, Jenny Popelka, and Jamie Steeno for all the hard work they have put into this event.
This decision is based on doing what we can in the best interest of the health of our members, attendees and community, and lessen the stressful burdens on our health providers.

Should you have any questions, please contact myself, Tad Meddaugh, WPPA Convention Chair,  or Jamie Steeno, WPPA EC/Treasurer.

Thank you!
